WebLift SA, operating under Nexora Technologies, collects information you choose to provide when requesting a project estimate or consultation. This may include your name, email address, company, phone, budget, project type and project message.

We use your information to respond to enquiries. Our website is hosted using Vercel and the online enquiry form uses Supabase. These providers may process data outside South Africa. If submission cannot be confirmed, the website offers a direct email alternative.

To enquire about access, correction or deletion of submitted personal information, email weblift-sa@agentmail.to. Some information may be retained where legally required.

Client Website Studio

When you register for a free WebLift customer or Studio account, Google Firebase stores your email, display name and authentication records. Existing Nexora rewards accounts remain with Supabase under their existing account service. Studio website drafts currently save in this browser under your verified customer account. They are not cloud backups, synced across devices or published online. Third-party providers may process information outside South Africa.

We will update this notice when our processing practices materially change.

Guest accounts and visitor reports

Guest membership is free. Your Firebase login stores your email, name and password securely; WebLift administrators cannot view your password. WebLift records your account’s verification status, access status and optional email preferences. Approved admins can manage guest access. Marketing updates are optional and can be changed from your account at any time; verification and password emails are separate.

Visitor reports record page paths, dates, device category and a daily hash of a randomly generated browser-session identifier. They exclude query strings, message contents, exact location and raw IP addresses. These reports estimate browser visits and page views rather than an exact count of individuals. WebLift honours Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Metrics begin from this release; prior visits are unavailable.

Admin actions are recorded for accountability. Business email is provided through AgentMail; messages are available only to approved owner, administrator and support roles.
