01 Our Services
WebLift SA provides website design, hosting support, maintenance, online stores and digital marketing services.
02 Payments
Prices are agreed upon before work begins. Once-off development fees and monthly subscriptions are charged separately. Payments can be made securely through our approved payment provider.
03 Website Development
Work begins after the agreed deposit or payment is received. Any additional work or changes outside the quotation may cost extra, but we will discuss these with you first.
04 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly services are billed automatically with your permission. You may cancel by emailing us before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future monthly charges.
05 Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate information, necessary content and approval for their projects.
06 Support
We aim to provide reliable services and resolve reported problems as quickly as reasonably possible.
